I am a teacher at heart and have been a pupil of personal development for over 30 years. During that time I have become aware that there are only a few things you need to know and practice in order to be the one in control of your mental, emotional and physical wellbeing.

Once you are back in the driver's seat you are ready to achieve whatever you want.

What is the first thing you need to know to achieve everything you want? 

"Your mental state is fundamental to everything, and it's time to be mentally strong."

Your beliefs shape everything in your life and it is essential that you learn to identify and release limiting negative beliefs that are stopping you achieving happiness and success. 

Your beliefs effect your emotional state and physical state. If you can't take control of your thoughts you will be at the mercy of your emotions, and once your emotions are in control stress will effect your body. This will stop you taking action, and could eventually make you sick.  

If you feel at the mercy of your emotions it is time for you to take control of your beliefs. 

I will teach you how to identify limiting beliefs, and create new ones that actually support you. I will show you how to create the emotional state you need to create whatever you want in life. This will free you to take any action in line with whatever you want to achieve.

What is the second thing you need to know to achieve all you want ?

"Get to know yourself and become the best version of you." 

You have to put you first.

When you sit alone in a room and have nothing or no-one to consider what do you say to yourself, about yourself?

Who are you then and how do you feel? 

Do you like who you are, let alone love who you are?

I will introduce you to the best version of yourself, the one you want to be. The one you need to be.

I will give you a daily practice that will help you make that 'new you', the only you.

Once you are committed to the best version of yourself you will no-longer want to compromise who you are. You will value your mental, emotional and physical wellbeing too much to compromise it.

"Know what you want."

As crazy as it may sound you have to know what you want in order to achieve it. What you focus on, you create. So make sure you are clear about what you want or you will just create more of what you don't want. 

This may sound so obvious but you would be surprised how few people know what they want, let alone believe they can achieve it. 

What you want can be anything, from changing your mental and emotional state, to achieving a particular dream or desire.

I will show you exactly how to get clear on what you want, and I'll prepare you for how to achieve it.

Transforming You - 12 week online course

This course teaches you how to achieve your goals while transforming your mental and emotional state.  

You will learn a simple daily practice that will put you in the best state for your day. 

You will learn a simple evening practice that will put you into the best state before sleep. 

You will learn how to identify your limiting negative beliefs and let them go. 

You will learn how you can set monthly intentions that will literally transform who you are and the way you act in the world. 



Now You - The Community and membership group

This is an online community created for you. If you are looking for support on a regular basis and want to become part of a movement that supports other women with their life, then this is for you. 

I teach you everything you need to know to be the one in control of your mental and emotional wellbeing. I do this in live 1hr weekly webinars, and daily guided sessions.  

As part of this group you will also have access to our private community where you can interact with me and other members of the group on a daily basis. 

There will be QnAs and live sessions, so your question will be answered. 

You will have access to all audio and written material, so you can keep practicing on your own.
