I work in the beautiful city of Bath, where I offer in-person 1:1 sessions and workshops at The Soul Spa.
If you choose to work with me in person, our time together is unhurried and grounded, with space to settle and arrive fully. Many people then enjoy spending time in the city afterwards, allowing the work to integrate naturally.

Step One - At Ease
The first step is to pause and create a sense of safety in your system.
Through short, simple practices, you begin to settle the body and nervous system, allowing tension to soften and space to return. This isn’t about fixing or improving yourself — it’s about giving your system permission to slow down and come back to ease.
Step 2 -Â Return to the Self
Once safety is established, we focus on regulation and regulated presence.
You learn how to notice your body, build a working relationship with your nervous system, and practice returning to a settled, responsive state. Over time, your system begins to trust you again, and being present in yourself becomes more natural and reliable.
Step 3 -Â Developing You
From a regulated foundation, you can begin to consciously shape change.
This stage focuses on setting clear intentions, transforming limiting beliefs, and aligning your actions with what you want to create in your life. Growth here is invited, not forced — supported by a nervous system that feels safe enough to move forward.
