A session with me
If you are thinking of working with me 1:1 it is probably because I have been recommended to you. Please feel free to read the about me page and also the following information on what you can expect from a session with me.
This is about your transformation and growth. You will achieve a lot from a session, and it is important that you understand what that is.

If you wish to work with me this is what it will look like.
If you have never worked with me before, we will have the month together, not just a single one off session. It gives you time to process the work we do in the initial session and continue your growth through the month.
Expect to have a minimum of two face to face sessions over the course of the month. The first session will be 1.5hrs which is £95, your second session will be 60mins and will be £75 for the session. If you wish to continue your growth with me we can discuss this at the end of the month.
- We will have a first face to face session.
- You will have access to all the online material for the 4 weeks.
- We will have a second face to face session after 2 weeks.
(After our month you can continue your growth online, and book another face to face session if and when you feel the need)
What happens before our 1st session together?
You will join the online tribe and go to lesson 1.
You will have a simple form to fill in "Where am I now?" This is so you can ask yourself a few questions before we see each other. You can either email me what you have written or bring it with you on the day. If we are working online (zoom session) you will just email it to me.
A first session with me takes approximately an hour . This is because I need to see where you are, where you want to be, and then see how to get you there. Our second face to face session will be in 2 weeks time.
What you will have by the end of our initial session:
- You will have a clear roadmap of where you are going, and you will have the tools you need to continue your journey.
- You will have a stronger sense of yourself and exercises to support this over the month.
- You will have a simple daily practice (which you can use forever)
- You will have a little home play (more fun than homework) to reinforce the work we have done in a session and make any changes a positive habit.
- You will have free access to all the online material you need to support you, videos, audios, and written information online. You will also have access to the tribe (this includes access to a weekly group 1hr online session on Wednesdays at 7:30pm. Which starts on the 1st of May) You will be able to send me private messages within the tribe section if you need to.
What will happen during the initial session:
- During the session I will return you to a state within yourself where you are grounded, centred, and balanced in mind, and body. This will then be a state you use for further growth and development. This is the stable foundation of any work to come.
- Your thoughts, beliefs and your actions have got you to where you are today, but to get to somewhere new, we will need to identify the main limiting belief that is stopping you moving forward and change it! We will do this in the first session.
- You will feel that a major belief has shifted and will notice the change within the session. Each person’s experience is different because it depends on what has brought them to me. Your experience will be unique to you.
- I would suggest you record your session on a phone, to listen to at your leisure.
What you will need to bring to your initial session:
- A journal, that you will use to take notes in the session (if needed) and over the month ahead.
- The notes you made before the session.
- An open mind, that’s ready to feel empowered. 😊
What happens next?
Once you have had your initial session, you will practice what I have given you for two weeks, and come to the live webinars within the online community. We will have your second face to face session after two weeks.
Your second session:
In your second session you will feedback to me what has happened over the last two weeks and what you have noticed.
I will make any necessary adjustments to your practice, and give you further exercise, if I feel it is needed at this time. Your second session with be 45-60 minutes. Leave yourself 60-minutes.
I suggest you remain in the online tribe and continue to practice. If you feel you need another session with me at any point on your personal development journey, you can book one. As you have already worked with me and may still be a member of the online group, this session will only need to be an hour long.
Each face to face session costs £75.

I work in person from The Soul Spa, 2 Hetling Court, Bath BA1 1SH on Thursday, Friday and Saturdays. It is possible to book an online session if you prefer.
