If you’re considering working with me one-to-one, it’s often because something in the work has resonated, or you’ve been guided here through recommendation.

Before booking, I invite you to read the About Me page and the information below, which explains how I work and what you can expect from a session.

Our time together is unhurried and grounded. The focus is on creating the conditions for your nervous system to settle, so you can feel present, clear, and supported in yourself. From that place, insight and change arise in a way that is appropriate for you.

You don’t need to prepare or know what you want to work on in advance. We begin where you are.

Working with me one-to-one

If you’re considering working with me individually, there are a few ways to begin. All options are designed to be steady, contained, and respectful of your pace.

A gentle starting point — 30-minute session (£37.50)

If you feel unsure, overwhelmed, or simply want to be eased in gently, you’re welcome to begin with a 30-minute initial session.

This session is an opportunity to:

  • settle your system

  • experience how I work

  • see whether it feels right for you

If you wish, you can extend this session on the day, or decide on next steps afterwards. There is no obligation to continue.


The initial month — creating a stable foundation

If you’re new to working with me and would like more support, I offer an initial month rather than a one-off session. This allows time for integration, practice, and regulation to build naturally.

What this includes:

  • One 90-minute first session (ÂŁ95)

  • One follow-up session after two weeks (60 minutes, ÂŁ75)

  • Four weeks’ access to online practices and resources

If you wish to continue after the month, we discuss this together — there is no automatic continuation.


What our work focuses on

Our sessions are not about fixing or forcing change.

We begin by supporting your nervous system to settle, so you can feel grounded, present, and connected to yourself. From this regulated place, clarity emerges and next steps become easier to sense.

Rather than pushing insight or belief change, we work in a way that allows your system to update safely and at its own pace.

Each session is shaped by where you are in that moment.


Before your first session

Before we meet, you’ll receive:

  • access to simple online practices

  • a short reflective prompt (“Where am I now?”), which you can complete if you wish

There is no preparation required beyond this.


After the first session

You’ll leave with:

  • a felt sense of greater steadiness and ease

  • a simple daily practice to support regulation

  • guidance you can return to between sessions

Many people notice that decisions feel clearer and their capacity increases, without effort.


Ongoing sessions

After your initial month:

  • further 1:1 sessions are available as needed

  • sessions are typically 60 minutes (ÂŁ75)

  • you’re welcome to continue with online support alongside in-person work

There is no pressure to stay longer than feels right.

I work in person from The Soul Spa, 2 Hetling Court, Bath BA1 1SH on Thursday, Friday and Saturdays. It is possible to book an online session if you prefer.
