The first thing you are going to do when you work with me is find your centre. Your personal identity from within. You will be grounded, centred and balanced within mind, body and spirit before we take the next step.

 

Step 2 - A simple daily practice

It is essential that you feel grounded, centred and balanced daily. This requires practice to make it a habit. You will learn a simple morning practice that will be the foundation of each day. 

 

Step 3 - You will start setting monthly intentions

Once you are able to practice being centred, grounded and balanced within the self you are then ready for growth. I will teach you how to set intentions and how to transform the unconscious beliefs that may be holding you back from success.
